屋企人買咗一粥麵嘅$300coupon,所以得閒就過嚟食下一粥麵。平時我都食細蓉,今次就想試吓其他嘢,叫咗個乾炒牛河配紅豆沙,$42,一食就知賴嘢。首先講吓個紅豆沙先,其實都唔使講,一睇張圖就知,水同紅豆嘅比例大概係9:1,我諗應該係廚房剩低最尾嗰啲,因為見其他人嗰啲都唔係咁。之後正餐乾炒牛河,本身睇落以為都OK,色澤都唔錯,食落又知賴嘢,零鑊氣,就好似食緊豉油河粉,又炒到好濕,食到好辛苦。唯一可取嘅就係啲牛唔算好韌,下次真係千祈唔好喺度食乾炒牛河。
