To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本身今日諗住同個fd 食cafe, 點知比人甩底，就揀左間附近既米線鋪。叫左佢地個招牌雲桂米線，唔洗諗之餘仲包左好多配料。上檯個一刻真係嚇親，嘩，勁大碗！配料好多，包括有腩肉，雞絲，魚皮春卷，蝦卷，雲耳，芽菜，酸菜等，好豐富！個人覺得佢地既腩肉做得好好，比較厚身少少但好腍， 幾正！另外雞絲都好多，唔鞋，好味！個人唔吃得太辣，叫左小辣都ok, 可以接受又吃到辣味。湯底有好多肉碎，但略嫌酸菜唔太夠。整體黎講65蚊有甘既質素已經好好，湯底完勝X 哥，值得一試👍
