To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

收工同朋友開飯，講抵食又平嘅，ikea就真係選擇之一嗌左煙三文魚沙律，肉丸意粉同小龍蝦芝士意粉煙三文魚沙律，煙三文魚有d靱，但好香，回味度高，蔬菜新鮮脆口，沙律醬清新，成個菜都好fresh瑞典肉丸意粉，肉丸不嬲都係ikea出名嘅餸菜，肉丸結實之餘，肉味挺濃，加果醬，會令肉丸味道更特別近期新出菜式—小龍蝦芝士意粉，小龍蝦無咩味，芝士味道不是特別突出或濃郁，撈意粉，整個菜都比較清淡，味道麻麻以價錢黎講，真係抵食～質素還可以餐廳採用自助服務，同成日都好多人，等位比較耐
