To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近大家樂將早晨延遲到11點半,對我呢d返工返11點既人真係唔洗再趕頭趕命咁去買早餐。餐牌成日都會轉下新款,最近我就愛上左佢個銀針粉,第一次叫既時間都抱住應該麻麻地樂食既心態去試,點知試左之後真係大讚好味,完全食到兒時既味道,重點佢仲落埋d菜甫粒,有哂家鄉的味道。另外我鐘意大家樂一樣野就係佢可以將塊多士轉做蘿蔔糕,對於我呢d晨早流流唔鐘意乾啃塊多士既人黎講真係的確好極啊!不時佢成日都會好早就無哂蘿蔔糕架,買到真係撞手神架咋
