1今天同女朋友行元朗shopping, 行到晚上正在是晚飯時間,在千色店後面有間幾浪漫和有格調的餐廳。店內環境燈光比較暗,所以看來真係浪漫。他安排我們坐大班坐位所以感覺非常舒服,當我看見menu時見到主要都是扒類。坐後仕應比了兩杯welcome drink我地,是熱情果果汁真係來得及時幫我解渴。頭盤order了芝士焗意大利大啡菇忌廉蟹肉和凱撒沙津伴挪威煙三文魚。聽名真係好長。見到大啡菇加埋芝士口感好特別而蟹肉也焗得非常入味,反而凱撒沙津三文魚無特別。到了主菜當然是我喜歡的牛扒,就是頂級1855安格斯肉眼扒和低温慢熟usa牛肋骨,肉眼扒真係好大塊而肉質好似入口即溶,味道當然一流。而牛肋骨肉和骨以熟到分離,所以口感上一D都唔煙韌而且還很有吃和牛感觉。最後當然試一試甜品法式焦糖潡蛋,我個人覺得味道比較甜。
