To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣咁凍放工返到屋企梗係唔想煮飯啦， 問下老公想食咩啦， 佢就提議咗佢好鍾意食嘅譚仔啦。 一落到去唔使排隊，正！ 竹笙麻辣十小米線， 再叫個腩肉麻辣三小米線。 平時淨係叫兩個米線嘅啫可能天氣凍總想食多啲就叫多咗個紅油青瓜， 一心諗住個青瓜應該都好好食， 點知只有辣味沒有其他酸辣嘅味道， 味道普通。 竹笙米線就好正常平時都食開好穩陣。 至於腩肉米線呢……就有啲肥嘅肉同埋啲瘦嘅肉，肥嗰啲咬落去有肥油標出嚟。 題外話， 原來譚仔有成五十幾間分店， 做米線都做得好勁呀！
