To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 兩個人叫左三樣野食。泡菜韓式年糕 微辣 , 年糕軟硬適中 , 加埋泡菜雜菌一齊炒 , 好味道。賣相亦唔錯~ 泡菜唔酸好新鮮。芝士薯條, 睇見D 芝士都流曬口水, 食指大動! 金黃香脆的薯條配上又車打芝士加水牛城芝士混合的芝士醬, 好滋味。鐘意食芝士的朋友一定要叫, 28蚊, 大大份好抵食!!!鰻魚炒飯 , 上面加左鰹魚乾 , 有咬口而且增添左成碟飯的口感同味道, 而且好香鰹魚味。飯粒沾滿日式燒汁醬好惹味。雖然鰻魚粒唔算多, 但性價比高!
