To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 其實都皮炸得幾脆,肉質方面都唔錯,幾滑,同埋有少少肥既油甘,我地都用晒手黎食,不過我地都覺得咸左少少,可以唔使點佢比既鹽。

用蟹粉浸的,一向都喜歡食豆苗,因為夠鮮甜,加上蟹粉味個配搭唔錯,唯一講講既係可以再嫩少少就perfect。

用左好多時間,佢個蟹蓋都幾多膏,都甘香的,蟹腳同鉗都好夠肉,拆左好多好多出黎(呢個時候9點零,呢間鋪比較少人,冷氣凍到我地騰騰震,勸大家都著多件衫黎,因為佢地唔會幫你地校細冷氣),建議酒樓可為客人準備一碗用黎洗手既熱茶,會貼心少少。

份量都幾夠,呢啲煲仔上,擺左一輪都仲熱,腐竹幾入味,龍躉件都都多,而且啖啖肉


尾二一道糯米飯忘了影相
呢個時候已經因爲慢慢剝蟹肉,仲有食完蟹膏種飽濟感覺,加上冷氣凍到一大碟既糯米飯不再吸引,但橫掂黎到,都費事浪費,照食,除左凍之外,味道是不錯的,而且不太硬身,如果熱食的話,算是不俗吧!

飯後甜品係呢個桂花糕

清清地,加埋紀子既味道,將成餐飯既咸味同油既感覺都清洗晒,不錯!

總結黎講,味道係呢個價錢黎講,都算唔錯吧!不過野食一次過黎晒,搞到有幾道菜都凍左,而係咁少枱客既情況下,員工都唔係好想幫忙咁,感覺不太好,希望員工都留意留意!
