香港地做飲食真係好難!只做一方美食?市場太窄。做多國美食?又同茶餐廳差唔多,好難令人眼前一亮。今次幫襯嘅大公雞就係咁樣,店員响門口叫賣:「正宗台灣料理、又有馬來咖哩、仲有港式奶茶。」感覺好難定位,但行到門口都試下啦!😅其實打開餐牌,大部份都係台灣料理。今日點咗手工菜肉餛飩、炸大腸、紅燒牛肉麵、肉燥雞扒飯、珍珠奶茶、奶蓋朱古力。埋單免加一 ($237)唔算貴喎!炸大腸($42)唔知係咪台灣料理,對我而言係香港懷舊菜。豬腸切成長條形,每條都炸到脆卜卜,外脆內嫰。而且裡面啲肥膏刮走晒,一啲都唔油膩,配酸酸地嘅菠蘿,愈食愈想食。手工菜肉餛飩($45)手工餛飩粒粒飽滿,餛飩皮偏厚,好有飽腹感,係我鍾意嘅餛飩口味。湯底係牛肉湯,同牛肉麵撞咗。紅燒牛肉麵($60)以前去台灣食牛肉麵,分兩派 - 紅燒,清燉。清燉似我哋嘅蘿白腩,口感清爽。紅燒味道偏辣。但近期食過兩次紅燒牛肉麵都係唔辣嘅,令我有少少懷疑「紅燒」嘅定義。講返大公雞嘅紅燒牛肉麵,佢都係唔辣嘅,湯底偏甜口要自己加辣,有少少藥材味。嚿紅蘿蔔超大嚿,有幾片鹵水牛展,炆得好入味,麵係扁麵,爽口彈牙,而且佢嘅份量幾足,一般男士都夠飽。肉燥雞扒飯($6

其實打開餐牌,大部份都係台灣料理。今日點咗手工菜肉餛飩、炸大腸、紅燒牛肉麵、肉燥雞扒飯、珍珠奶茶、奶蓋朱古力。埋單免加一 ($237)唔算貴喎!

炸大腸($42)
唔知係咪台灣料理,對我而言係香港懷舊菜

肉燥雞扒飯($60)
肉燥偏甜口,餸飯一流。雞扒好厚,煎得外脆內嫰,肉汁爆棚。肉與肉嘅配搭再加隻鹵水蛋,唔係餓底都頂唔住。


珍珠奶茶($15)
珍珠奶茶係粉開嘅,所以好一般,口味廉價,下次叫返港式奶茶好過。


奶蓋朱古力($15)
朱古力味超濃,加咗奶蓋嘅口感幾滑,但好飽肚吓!唉~早知就叫佢啦!

撇除佢係主打台灣料理,唔好理佢正唔正宗,以全新食肆體驗,大公雞其實真係唔錯
