To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去探望朋友剛出世嘅BB去到石門， 1家5口最好都係食中餐啦。朋友介紹去屋企附近嘅彩福佢話好好食，所以就去咗了。嘩！一入到去見到富麗堂皇，直頭成個婚宴場合咁樣。周圍都bling bling 好靚呀！我哋一行五人有大有細叫咗個晚市四人餐，跟住見到波士頓龍蝦做特價所以又帶咗兩隻。先講個波士頓龍蝦，兩隻波士頓龍蝦加伊面底只係二百幾蚊，真係超抵食自己去街市買來煮都未必得。而且肉厚爽嫩，好新鮮好好食。四人餐都唔使$600 ，超級抵食，每一碟都大大碟，食到我哋飽到上心口。真心推介燒雞同埋炒雙蚌，燒雞皮脆肉嫩，炒相蚌，非常爽脆。
