To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

北角係平日絕少踏足的地方，今日難得過嚟做瑜伽，發現咗一間平民小店，好細嘅舖面但門口大排長龍，細心一睇原來係米芝連，仲要係連續幾年米芝蓮，絕對唔小嘢！我見網民推介擔擔麵，平時我都唔係好鍾意食，一試終於明白點做會推介。首先湯汁非常濃郁，好似花生糊咁濃，而且有極濃厚花生香，食得出真材實料用花生打成的汁底。味道啱啱好唔會好鹹，少少油係麵令到汁底更滑，但唔會太油入唔到口。麵條爽口彈牙，條條分明。鍋貼即叫即煎，入口記住小心啊，唔好太心象好易俾裡面嘅湯汁辣親。鍋貼外脆內多汁，豬肉餡味道鮮味，推介！不過我手多落咗辣醬，我覺得多餘咗，齋食都好夠味。而且價錢非常抵，雖然只有門口幾個位坐得唔太舒服，但外賣食都正啦！

我見網民推介擔擔麵，平時我都唔係好鍾意食，一試終於明白點做會推介。首先湯汁非常濃郁，好似花生糊咁濃，而且有極濃厚花生香，食得出真材實料用花生打成的汁底。味道啱啱好唔會好鹹，少少油係麵令到汁底更滑，但唔會太油入唔到口。麵條爽口彈牙，條條分明。
