朋友介紹深水埗新開粵菜館,餐廳由米芝蓮大廚主理,主打鮑參翅肚,價錢非常大眾化,套餐幾十蚊有交易,趁今日 Happy Friday 專登過嚟試下。餐廳裝修得幾有格調,灰黑門面、金漆招牌,再配以傳統木色檯櫈,環境溫馨舒適。點咗兩個精選套餐,招牌咕嚕肉飯 ($65) 同 花菇拼鮑魚撈麵 ($68),套餐奉送朝鮮人蔘湯或汽水。人蔘湯真材實料,入口味甘微苦,解燥清熱,益氣降火。咕嚕肉選用新鮮梅頭肉,再加上自家製糖醋汁烹煮,入口外脆內嫩,炸漿唔會太厚,酸甜度平衡得啱啱好,色香味俱佳。花菇大大隻,肉厚爽滑,菇味香濃,食落好有咬口。鮑魚掌心般大,肉質軟腍富彈性,入味帶甜。撈麵揀咗墨魚麵,麵條Q彈有嚼勁,掛汁力強,配上惹味鮑汁,口感一流!餐廳而家做緊 11 月限時優惠,凡點精選套餐,可以用 $98 追加紅燒鮑翅一客,咁抵食,當然可以錯過。魚翅用小火熱著上桌,湯頭鮮香度剛好,魚翅份量十足,一梳梳,絕對冇將貨就價,入口腍身軟滑,層次分明,食完好有滿足感。脆炸BB鴿 ($68)  乳鴿原隻上,外皮燒得很香脆,鴿肉嫩滑多汁,唔使點淮鹽食都已經好夠味。加點咗鮑汁拼盤 (+$38) 同 油菜 (+$18),拼盤用料

加點咗鮑汁拼盤 (+$38) 同 油菜 (+$18),拼盤用料豐富,有豬手、豬腸、金錢肚同雞腳,豬手炆得好腍、骨膠原強勁;金錢肚入味又唔韌、而雞腳亦炆至黏糯香濃,一吮脫骨。菜心鮮爽翠綠,清甜又無渣,正👍🏻
