To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時喺街度見到啲韓國嘢食,都係加韓風兩隻字加啲芝士加啲泡菜咁就叫韓國嘢,香港地真係好少正宗地道嘅韓國菜,而呢間野都唔例外。我哋去咗食下午茶,價錢的確係幾平,我哋兩個人一人叫咗一個下午茶餐,一個係韓式芝麻燒汁焗雞扒飯,另一個係卡邦尼扁意粉。再加埋茶餐配一杯咖啡或者奶茶,全部加埋都$80有找。但味道就真係差咁啲。個芝麻燒汁焗雞扒飯完全冇所謂嘅韓風味道,偏鹹嘅普通焗飯,普通雞扒。個卡邦尼扁意粉分量唔算大,但我食都好快飽,因為佢用嘅芝士好油膩,唔算係好食嘅芝士。下次應該下午茶都係去返大家樂。 順帶一提,佢餐牌入邊啲韓文全部都係Google Translate。有韓國人睇到嘅話真係笑大人地個口。
