To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一連兩日假，自己一個去餐廳選擇又唔多，所以又去左掃街喇。今次黎左葵涌廣場，平民既美食天堂，已經好耐無黎喇，又開左好多新鋪頭，間間都想試呀行過緣味之家，又諗起琴日食完既肥姐，心思思，決定試下呢間既滷味。除左滷味，仲有好多小食，如牛雜，粟米等，都不乏捧場客。今次，我亦都係點左最愛既兩樣，八爪魚和細生腸。八爪魚和細生腸都有驚喜，拍得住肥姐。八爪魚雖然睇落唔夠肥姐既大串，但係勝在夠平，8蚊有交易，而且十分爽口。細生腸就有少許豬既味道，但可以接受，亦係爽口彈牙，只係6蚊串。而醬汁方面，亦是加了芥茉甜醬和鼓油，食落同肥姐都幾似。兩串都只係14蚊，抵食之選。

八爪魚雖然睇落唔夠肥姐既大串，但係勝在夠平，8蚊有交易，而且十分爽口。
細生腸就有少許豬既味道，但可以接受，亦係爽口彈牙，只係6蚊串。
而醬汁方面，亦是加了芥茉甜醬和鼓油，食落同肥姐都幾似。兩串都只係14蚊，抵食之選。
