To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚同屋企人去附近商場的茶餐廳食晚餐,七點幾八點門口都排長龍,不過流動量都很快,等了一陣就有位。鹽焗雞:份量都算多,雞肉嫩滑,雞皮爽口,醃得又入味,雖然係冰鮮雞,但都有雞味。韮王蝦球炒滑蛋:炒蛋幼滑香口,不會炒得過老,蝦球有七至八隻,入口爽彈。鮮茄焗原塊厚切豬扒飯:豬扒就不算厚身,但勝在大件,舖滿飯面,而且幾juicy,下面是炒飯底,番茄汁都很多,酸甜開胃,不過略點芝士。芒果爆珠桂花烏龍冷泡茶:芒果味突出,爆珠就比較甜,搶了桂花烏龍的味道。
