成為大埔友,一定知道咩係許記。係月尾既時候永遠想起依間野,因為真係平靚正!醉雞脾距係真係一隻大大既雞脾,再加埋浸左一晚既紹興酒,拎黎時已嗅到好濃厚既酒味,肉質又滑,但真心抵又飽,加埋麵底都係$30-40 左右。大埔根本無可能甘大件有甘既質數。另外就係我最愛既豬耳,距餐牌其實叫豬頭肉。又係大大碟之餘,下面放左一層青瓜,夾埋食感覺好清新爽口。所以每次都必叫。同埋豬扒,距係呀媽年代個隻酥炸豬扒,出面薄薄脆,入面好鬆化,吾係茶餐廳個種厚切。大家經過去試下啦,係三多格離咋!
