To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平靚正素食

其實我不是素食主義者，就是太喜歡食蔬菜。有晚係先達廣場拎嘢，無意中就見到呢間素食館，係門口見到坐滿客，有啲唔好意思入去，於是係門口昅下餐牌，有位婆婆，招呼我入去坐，我好自然咁問婆婆要manu ，睇完之後，發覺大部分食嘅嘢都係癡係牆上的晚餐manu，之後見到好多熟客入黎，都坐低就嗌晚餐，就是婆婆啊姐好忙都好，沒有煩躁，沒有催促，大家都係等，有啲見婆婆唔記得價錢，都會自覺同婆婆講，其實果一刻覺得好感動，雖然唔關我事，大家唔會覺得怪太忙而招呼唔到。我亦oder咗營養餐，其實我唔知咩黎，但係真係好好味，一粒飯未剩，平時食嘢好鬼挑剔㗎，但真係唔會冇味又唔會太鹹。今晚再返去食，四季豆炒茄子，一樣的好味，全部食曬，超飽，而且價錢真係好便⋯⋯。有人情味的素食館。原來我第一次去就遇到婆婆，
