Restaurant: Momo Classic (Lok Fu Place)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由新開張至今我已經多次惠顧,而家介紹一下餐廳的午餐啦!一個皮蛋瘦肉粥加炒麵午餐,皮蛋都多,瘦肉就一般,份量可以,味道剛好,粥身夠厚,整體可以。炒面只有面及幾條紅蘿蔔絲,夠乾身,不會太硬太林,份量一般,味道較淡,整體可以。另外,我亦試食了通菜炒牛肉飯,足料,味道有點咸,通菜第一次食時很嫩,但食多幾次開始有點老,少部分有渣,整體滿意。土魷肉餅飯,好大塊肉餅,瘦肉及肥肉比例合適,香滑好味,惟土魷量不多。蕃茄牛肉飯,甜酸味中和恰當,牛肉嫩滑有肉味,汁的量適中,不會太黏,整體合格。黑椒牛扒腸仔飯,黑椒味普通,牛扒一般,似乎西餐整體只是合格。到最精彩的一道菜,肉絲脆面,如山高的脆面,賣相超勁,味道少少咸,但加面中和,整體適中。總結,值得再食,可推介!
