To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一個主打韓國菜的快餐廳,走美式風格。正如是快餐不能期望服務態度好好,和譚仔的姐姐差不多。而且上菜速度不像快餐,請預留好時間。而茶式也不是傳統的韓食,有拉麵、烏冬等等...整體來講在小西灣廣場沒有選擇之中的選擇。豆腐海帶豬肉湯配珍珠飯(清湯/醬油湯)清湯底確實是清淡而沒有負擔,味道正常。不過,重口味之人會覺得太淡和像沒有什麼味道的。而豬肉都有少少韓式醬油味道。想午餐清淡一點就可以選擇這個。滋味菠蘿蕃茄豬扒(飯/扁意粉)焗過的菠蘿比較少酸味,多了點甜味。豬扒都算軟身,但太過咸,需要飲水中和。意粉軟硬適中,但十分乾身,焗太長時間變乾身。

豆腐海帶豬肉湯配珍珠飯(清湯/醬油湯)
清湯底確實是清淡而沒有負擔,味道正常。不過,重口味之人會覺得太淡和像沒有什麼味道的。而豬肉都有少少韓式醬油味道。想午餐清淡一點就可以選擇這個。
