To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

黎到新莆崗朋友話有間火鍋必吃,就睇下坐低等食,準備打大佬睇下係唔係朋友口中咁正先今晚我就點左以下6樣黑毛豬腩片,鮮滑雞件,櫻桃鴨肉丸,鮮淮山,養顏花膠片,手打墨魚滑點左野後先黎指定海鮮E個海鮮盤蜆--有兩款,無沙架無沙架無沙架,重要既野係要講3次魚夠鮮味都好滑蟹--夠新鮮,實肉架,堅新鮮蟹,唔係渣流灘水蟹蝦--新鮮蝦生猛既,店員仲好細心話,唔好打開佢驚佢跳D熱水彈到我地...隻中蝦堅得講多無用,以下係熟左既樣隻蟹實肉到拆開雞脾咁,鮮到暈之後到自選6樣黑毛豬腩片--唔肥,有好香既豚肉味 鮮滑雞件--冇雪味,好鮮櫻桃鴨肉丸--咬落都OK鮮淮山--保腎佳品,好FRESH味道養顏花膠片--都好好食,想硬身又得,軟身又得,自己控制,骨膠原手打墨魚滑--好香口,隻味都幾好食完就加配料煮粥,連埋海鮮汁一流食完仲有甜品送,凍凍地咬落去,爽呀
