To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早幾日做嘢去開長沙灣，順便過嚟食個午餐。叫咗個蠔仔煎蛋飯，跟熱奶茶，成為42蚊，超抵食。蠔仔煎蛋，煎得夠香，同芙蓉蛋飯做法同出一徹；豉油汁亦都夠香，不太鹹，味道剛剛好。奶茶中規中矩。牛雜米，食得出牛雜是新鮮貨，不是雪藏牛雜。米粉是較 raw，比較硬身。值得一提係湯魚湯頭，好味！30蚊碗，超值抵食。可惜係附近泊車比較困難，後面兩條街，全部double parking；車泊到去到李鄭屋邨再行過嚟，比較不方便。
