跟男朋友和他的朋友們一同到apm搵野食,見到V cuisine,男朋友就話上次係荃灣食過,好好味,所以今次拉大隊去試吓~ 男朋友成日話好彩燒雞好味,今次一試果真名不虛傳~皮燒至金黃色,脆皮一咬即開,雞肉嫩滑易咬,本人最怕雞肉烹調得太老,硬至扯也扯不開,幸好這次真沒跌眼鏡~之後侍應端來小瓦煲,原來內藏生煎叉燒包,把酒倒在蓋邊,酒緩緩滑進瓦煲中,酒香四溢,把蓋拿起,是更強烈的酒香,以及層層的熱煙。再來一碟士多啤梨咕嚕肉,未入口先有很香的士多啤梨香味撲鼻,放進口中,外層炸過但不太硬,士多啤梨汁不會太酸,反而帶有水果的香甜,肉質彈牙,不太硬,連伴碟的士多啤梨也被我吃掉了~還有長腳蟹薯蓉羹,入口啖啖薯蓉,加上長腳蟹肉,可謂非常有「口感」這兒陳設美輪美奐,不會太過擠迫,是我的年度之選!
