To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 細佬忽然提議到佢好日都唔去的銅鑼灣食晚飯, 阿媽又話以前食過呢間覺得唔錯, 今晚就一行 4 人0黎試試. 見佢成份 menu 都係「得獎菜」, 又掛到成條走廊都係 certificates, 結果揀的 5 個(食送)當中, 有 3 個都係得獎0野, 睇0下佢有幾巴閉.- 芝麻鹽焗雞一隻: 雞皮鋪滿芝麻粒, 焗晒 d 油出0黎, 又薄又脆, 加埋芝麻, 鹹鹹香香, 勁正! 雞肉亦好嫩滑 (連雞胸都好滑) 入味, 食到停唔到口; 仲有雞腎, 爽口鮮味, 好食. 絕對推介!- 薑米活魚炒飯: 飯炒得乾身, 粒粒分明, 帶薑(絲)的香辣, 仲有一粒粒蔥及一條條紅蘿蔔絲, 食落 sok sok 聲, 幾好食; 魚肉切到一條條, 滑滑的, 幾鮮味, 不過 d 汁都幾杰身, 十足茶記碟頭「滑蛋蝦仁」, 不過對味道無乜大影響, 無所謂啦.- 鮑汁炆雜菜: 呢個唔係招牌0野, 但賣相真係 hea 得很... 「鮑汁」當然唔係鮑汁味, 味道則有 d 似「鱔糊」的汁, 好鹹0下; 雜菜就真係乜都有 d (e.g. 翠玉瓜, 白菜, 西蘭花...), 食落爽身, 不過味道一般.- 豉汁蒸蟶子皇 4

- 豉汁蒸蟶子皇 4 隻: 豉汁幾鹹0下, 不過唔會太搶, 可以接受的; 蟶子皇就極爽脆鮮甜, 食得非常過癮. 推介!
- 西施伴霸王: 個名好浮誇, 睇英文先知係乜 -- "Scrambled Egg Ehite with Crab Meat Served with Prawns in Salted Egg Yolk ". 炒蛋白除0左蟹肉之外, 仲有落了蟹籽0係面, 旁邊的 4 粒圓形0野則係鹹蛋黃蝦. 蛋白炒得好滑, 亦食到蟹肉鮮味, 加埋蟹籽脆卜卜, 幾得意幾好食, 送飯一流; 蝦肉爽脆, 鹹蛋黃好「沙」, 加埋鹹鹹香香, 好食. 值得試試!
- 仲有送的紫米露糖水 (亦可選紅豆沙): 芋頭粉粉的, 紫米軟糯, 好香, 仲要唔係好甜, 0岩晒口味. 意料之外地好食, 唔錯唔錯.

食完飽到上心口, 好在有功夫茶飲0下消0下滯, 唔錯0既安排.

環境一般, 衛生都一般, 不過0黎到都唔係食裝修0架啦, 是但啦; 招呼就差0左 d, waiter 阿叔阿姐們都幾唔醒目, 仲倒瀉了阿爸杯茶 @_@"

埋單約 $170 一個頭, 考慮到食物咁好 (佢 d 得獎菜同出面好多地方的所謂「得獎菜」唔同, 並唔係浪得虛名的), 算好抵了. 阿媽真係好介紹, 會再幫襯的.
