To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一次商務午宴,我有幸品嘗米芝蓮一星 - 國金軒的出品。幾款冷盤前菜都十分讚:黑松露菌凍帶子、話梅肘子、陳醋木耳等等,五味紛陳,富層次,令人開胃點心十分精緻:樹葉形的和牛包、蘆薈餃(有爽口的蟲草花)、響鈴腸粉...我見點心款式尚多而新穎...還有這裡的叉燒超讚,又林又軟;又甜又香。我推薦午市飲茶時段到此品嘗出色點心,亦為化算。由於跟上級和客戶共膳,我不能盡情在場拍照,恕未能提交豐富相片。。。
