To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近日看電視都不難發現,大快活推出印度乾咖喱春雞,片中食客拿著那外表看似皮香肉厚兼份量十足的春雞,然後用手撕開雞脾,肉汁就不停地滲出,令人看得垂涎三尺,有一種恨不得快點衝落街,大快朵頤一餐不可,卒之小弟按奈不住跑往一試,雖然賣三十二元一客,表面唔算貴,但其實只得個Maincourse,無湯或飲品,而且份量少得很,算起來唔多抵吃,咖喱味就一般,只有很重的茴香味和指天椒的辣,我隨即用手撕開那雞脾之時,頓時大失所望,不但沒有半點肉汁,反而仲乾骾骾的,好像把乾柴放進口般,口感奇差。吃罷隨即覺得又被廣告傳媒騙了一騙,小弟終於了解「眼看未為真」的固中道理了。
