今晚是慶祝男友的生日飯,當然要揾間食得好少少的飯店啦!之前我們都有去過食潮福,覺得都唔錯(係價錢貴啲),咁就選址潮福慶祝啦!其實呢度都有啲海鮮精選套餐,如果想試多幾款不同的海鮮又唔想一下唔小心食到over budget的,都會是一個唔錯的選擇。不過麻麻地粥底的我們又唔想浪費左個粥底,都是選擇了散叫。游水生猛海鮮講得出的都幾乎有,大肉蟹呀、大鮑魚呀、大石蠔呀、龍躉魚呀、象拔蚌呀和馳名(粗過大姆指)的花竹蝦都有!不過花竹蝦價格亦不菲,通常叫了三隻已經要400多元,於我就有點吃不消了。選好食物就可以到自助調味台調番個心水醬。蟶子皇是必食推介!識食一定是食它!超大隻蟶子個殼長過手掌,蟶子肉粗過粗過筷子!用來開邊蒜蓉清蒸夠曬原汁原味,而且蟶子皇新鮮味道鮮甜到不得了!口感清新而且火侯剛好,爽口而且肉質緊緻是令我着迷之處!而且配以粉絲,飽肚啲之餘,粉絲會吸收了蟶子的鮮味,認真正!蒜蓉開邊蒸龍蝦仔應該是最令我想再來潮福的一個菜式了!雖然我聽到隔離枱班師太係咁彈劾它,話細隻唔夠食,早知點大龍蝦,又話喺澳洲食嗰啲好食好多。但是,大佬,呢隻龍蝦,一隻先收98蚊,但是它新鮮爽口彈性又夠鮮味,仲想點先?肉質雪白

肉質雪白要肉有肉要膏有膏,算係咁啦!而且只收98蚊,我覺得都好滿意啊!原諒我未去過澳洲嘆深海大龍蝦吧!

象拔仔原本我都好期待的,話曬見到佢噴曬水,郁下郁下咁新鮮咁。不過可能蒸得over左小小了,食落有點韌,似橡筋多過象拔囉,我就麻麻地啱食。不過男友牙齒伶俐啲,就覺得ok 喎。呀,同埋太多蔥囉,放番蒜蓉應該會好味啲。

蒸雞反而有驚喜。

順德蒸污糟鮮雞半隻收費148元尚算合理,加進了薑絲和杞子來調味,感覺幾滋補(不過唔明點解叫污糟雞?)雞塊完整好多,無上次食咁碎濕濕,較有血感,食得暢快好多。

味道天然清淡,因為只以薑絲作調味,所以更食到雞的原汁原味,我覺得都ok,男友覺得味道較淡。

蒜蓉肉蟹蒸糯米飯是我期待已久望穿秋水終於食到!話說我之前一直要介口,問食得糯米,所以唔食得呢個!finally,今日終於食到你了!

從蟹的大小香色澤,它應該就是頭先我見到的超大隻黑麻麻的蟹了!蟹手蟹腳半伸開,都足足覆蓋整個蒸籠就知幾架勢!

新鮮蒸的蟹有幾好食就大家都知,而且夠大隻啖啖肉有幾爽亦不用多說。倒是純白色的糯米飯我是第一次試,平常吃的都是炒過的,原來我鍾意食純白的!一來無我唔食得的臘味臘腸,二來蒸的話保證是我鍾意的爛飯質感,最好如粥如糊咁。呢度嘅糯米飯尚算軟腍留有顆粒咬感,煙煙韌韌的,特別好食!不過,男友食慣加到滿滿臘腸的糯米飯,就覺得呢個淡左啲,唔係幾啱佢喎。

咁我估呢個糕應該唔係自己整,同一般酒樓一樣,都是攞貨,味道是黑糖味,唔會太甜,蒸出來唔算鬆,算夠軟,好夠飽。不過佢切出來的大小好參次囉。
