好友生日,慶生晚餐設於這西班牙餐廳,也許是滂沱大雨,餐廳入座率不高。先來幾款 Tapas,喝點 Sangria 酒,熱熱身。Tomato, Onion and White Anchovies on Toast鯷魚,一般都是深色的,這款白鯷魚較少見,鹹香的魚肉在醋裏浸過更醒胃,配以番茄和洋蔥,成為不錯的頭盤。Spanish Cold Cut (Serrano Ham, Chorizo, Olive and Manchego Cheese) with condiment雜錦冷盤,有風乾火腿,辣肉腸,芝士,橄欖等,吃一口鹹香的風乾火腿夾片芝士,喝一口水果酒,充滿異國風情,是新的體驗。Chili Garlic Prawns辣蒜片大蝦,以熱橄欖油浸著,蒜片烤得香脆,配爽脆的大蝦,很惹味。Chorizo with Green Apple西班牙的辣腸,味道香濃,是開胃小食,若是煎焦香一點,口感和味道應會更好。Pacific Manila Clams with White Wine Cream Sauce白酒忌廉煮蜆,蜆肉吸收了酒香,很鮮甜,而煮蜆的汁液,酒味濃郁,蘸點麵包吃,是我的最愛。Spanis

焦糖香蕉批是這裏的名物,以香蕉做甜品糕點,味道芳香,冰涼的批身,香軟好味,蕉肉香甜可口,值得一試。

另一款甜品,朱古力心太軟配雪糕,雖然沒啥特別,也蠻有水準。
