To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 開左咁耐聽足咁耐佢個大名,今日終於黎一試佢嘅風采,原因係男人升職又加薪,抵請佢食餐好嘅賀一賀佢!男人不嬲都鍾意食壽司所以決定黎鮨文omakase比佢享受下。每食一道菜/壽司,師傅都會解釋一下材料、做法同食法等,又會傾下計講下笑,背景又有classical music, 係輕鬆氛圍下享受食物, 感覺簡單親切又舒適。黑松露茶碗蒸蛋滑,黑松露香,灑上片片金箔,好睇又好食!作為第一道菜幫助暖䁔胃。𩶘魚snapper背同腩 整碎橙皮,攪埋飼料同橙汁一齊去餵食,所以食落刺身有淡淡橙香,好特別。北海道毛蟹配蟹膏要先攪拌才吃,膏味香濃,配着鮮味重嘅蟹肉一齊食,正!其他刺身和壽司食材包括:章紅魚、深海池魚、處女珍蠔、秋刀魚、中拖羅、金目𩶘魚、沖繩石垣貝、拍賣海膽等 ,真係從日本各地區出名嘅食材帶回來讓食客一次過品嚐,很有誠意,大滿足呢!最後還有飯、湯同日本時令水果,是重質又重量的一餐omakase盛宴,男人同我都好滿意!
