嚟咗TST嘅Aqua食fusion cuisine慶祝下,嗌咗個premium tasing menu(o^^o)✨吞拿魚&三文魚他他配三文魚子、黑魚子、炸雲吞皮✨呢種食法我係第一次咁食😍😍通常炸雲呑皮係喺齋舖先出現㗎嘛,食第一啖食到有啲surprise🤣不過佢同啲加工過嘅魚生粒粒出奇地夾,反而分開食冇咁好食,齋食炸雲呑會變得單調,齋食魚生又會勁鹹( ´▽`)✨火文鹿兒島和牛伴黑魚子壽司🍣✨個壽司飯係暖暖地、酸酸地,配上刺身好夾。睇落以為呑拿魚,其實係wagyu嚟㗎~和牛好肥美⁄(⁄ ⁄ ⁄ω⁄ ⁄ ⁄)⁄有入口即化嘅感覺!!!黑魚子就係放喺和牛壽司頂作點綴▪️◼️✨松葉蟹肉+蟹膏茶碗蒸✨佢一上餐嗰陣睇落似係餐湯,食咗幾啖之後發現係茶碗蒸,蛋嘅質地好滑身,裏面有唔少蟹肉絲,令每一啖蛋都帶出淡淡嘅蟹肉香味🤤🤤🦀️✨皇帝蟹青瓜沙律配蕃茄清湯汁及香芹油✨佢就係整成圓形狀嗰碟,結合咗新鮮蟹肉同青瓜粒,多咗個咬感🙊每食一細啖 口中都有蟹肉嘅香,肉質幾鮮美嘅~🦀️✨什錦天婦羅拼盤✨本身睇menu見到「天婦羅」都怕呃錢,心諗去放題食咪仲好🍤😂幸好冇令我失望嘅,個拼盤每樣嘢食都好新鮮好大舊,炸蝦、青椒、南瓜、

✨什錦天婦羅拼盤✨
本身睇menu見到「天婦羅」都怕呃錢,心諗去放題食咪仲好🍤😂幸好冇令我失望嘅,個拼盤每樣嘢食都好新鮮好大舊,炸蝦、青椒、南瓜、茄子如是(>^ω^<)

✨墨魚汁燴意大利飯配紅蝦、羊奶芝士、蕃茄及香芹🖤✨
我一向對risotto麻麻地,平時去cafe寧願嗌意粉🙈今次試咗都係麻麻地啦~外軟內硬。不過幾鍾意個墨魚汁再配上芝士、蕃茄、香芹呢個配搭,撈埋酸酸地,多咗層次感( ̀⌄ ́)隻蝦就好鮮甜🦐

✨石燒和牛西冷伴炸蒜片配三色汁✨ [另加:$360]
基於唔洗加錢嗰2個choice真係唔特別/唔啱食,就叫咗呢個燒牛喇!🐮🐮真冇估到西餐廳有得咁樣燒和牛,開心🙈啲牛肥肥地,幾好食,有彈牙嘅口感(燒嘅過程真係幾香🤤🤤

✨龍蝦配皇帝蟹、油封馬鈴薯、香醋及魚子醬✨ [另加:$390]
龍蝦同蟹真係好搶眼,食落好鮮甜彈牙,配埋醋/魚子醬嚟食更加突出佢地嘅味🦞而薯仔方面,我未食之前係完全唔知佢係薯仔😂😂

✨ 特色盆景樹甜品
🔸番石榴慕絲芒果流心蛋糕、柚子柑桔忌廉、白朱古力慕絲及開心果海綿🔸
好似一個藝術品咁,好有creative🙊🙊mousse就咁睇應該唔知佢喺邊,佢係被白朱古力包圍住🤣呢個mousse酸酸地,芒果味比較突出。另外一隻mousse係白朱古力味,呢隻係甜甜地,係「甜」品😭❤️而黃色柚子cream真係好酸😂😂 開心果海綿蛋糕佔嘅比例係極少,如果蛋糕多返少少就好喇,(我好鍾意食蛋糕㗎!)😭其餘嗰啲就係朱古力,都有棉花糖。

Overall 好多嘢食都令我幾surprise,某幾碟會有一種估唔到有呢啲組合嘅感覺,而海鮮同肉類相對平時嗰啲係新鮮好多。職員大多都係歐美人,個個都好熱情好outgoing🙈🙈個景色夜晚係最加分,20:00仲可以遠距離睇維港mini版嘅煙花😂
