位於將軍澳既呢間皇冠假日酒店入面既尚廚,今期既自助餐主打蟹腳,生蠔同鴨肝任食,呢三款都係食完可以回本既食物,既然係咁就試吓順便提早慶祝母親節啦~而呢間酒店既晚餐自助餐係有分兩輪,頭輪係由5點半食到7點半,而次輪就緊接住由7點半開始,初頭都覺得其實自助餐黎講食兩個鐘都夠飽,所以今次就揀左頭輪食啦~一入到去職員既服務態度好好,呢樣係抵讚既,而座位方面都算寬敞,但枱與枱之間既空間感覺上有小小逼,而拎食物既地方係一排過既,唯獨係甜品同雪糕同冷盤係分開既,而每次去拎食物果時都好多人排,我諗係因為個時間只係得兩小時,大家個心態都比較緊張,所以拎食物方面就比較逼啦~首先講下海鮮區,佢有蟹腳,龍蝦,螺,青口,沙白蜆同蝦等等,主要都係拎蟹腳為主,佢既蟹腳就未算係好肥美果隻,而蟹螯比較多,呢啲蟹肉比較少,亦比較難去剝啲蟹肉食,至於味道都唔錯,食到蟹既鮮味同海水味~而龍蝦食落就無乜鮮味,肉質亦比較霉,所以龍蝦既質素係比較差既~而蜆就食到有啲沙,感覺上都係一般般~然後係生蠔區,呢度既玩法係每次你要佢先會開比你,有個師父係度開同洗走啲蠔殼碎,但個師父開得比較慢小小,而又好多人拎,所以每次去拎都要排隊,即使係食左

然後係生蠔區,呢度既玩法係每次你要佢先會開比你,有個師父係度開同洗走啲蠔殼碎,但個師父開得比較慢小小,而又好多人拎,所以每次去拎都要排隊,即使係食左一個鐘後,生蠔區係仍然要排隊先有得拎,所以就效率較低啦~至於生蠔方面都幾大隻,而肉質亦比較厚,食落海水味幾重,以生蠔既質素黎講的確唔錯~

比較特別既係佢係有中東既果款烤肉食,呢樣的確係比外面既自助餐有啲唔同,佢係一整條掛住係烤爐度,有廚師企係度幫你切,呢樣係比較新鮮既👍🏻👍🏻

而其他熟食區既野食就只係一般水準,都係一啲常見既小菜,所以呢個區域令人想拎既意慾都唔大,比較特別小小既就係佢有辣酒煮花螺食,叫做有小小特色

而第二個重點就係煎鴨肝啦,呢樣野係幾搞笑既,因為佢唔係第一時間出既,係食左大約一個鐘之後先至出既,同埋佢每一次出既份量都唔多,而出既次數大概只係出左3-4轉,呢樣野感覺上就有小小唔抵啦,而佢既鴨肝的確幾厚,食落油脂香味好濃,口感亦好綿密同滑,唯獨係佢底下配搭既麵包太硬,基本上係比較難咬,亦都唔係十分脆,呢件多士就麻麻啦~

最後就係甜品區啦,佢既款式都算多,有藍莓芝士蛋糕,千層酥等等,味道都唔算太甜,size都合理,而雪糕方面就係haagen dazs既,口味都有好多款,而比較特別既係佢係有檸檬雪芭食,感覺上都幾多選擇,同埋都係由佢舀比你,想食乜就點乜~

總結黎講呢間自助餐既食物水準都算ok,但晚餐自助餐只係食得兩個鐘其實就唔多夠啦,雖然就一定夠飽,但食得都算非常之趕,而食客都可能因為食得兩個鐘既關係,大家都比較心急,而晚餐做兩轉的話餐廳職員都做得比較辛苦,呢方面就要諗諗啦~
