今日係爹哋媽咪結婚32週年紀念日嘅大日子，我們一家四口去咗尖沙咀富豪九龍酒店食自助晚餐慶祝！我們又係第一時間攞咗我們至愛嘅開邊凍龍蝦，肉質超級爽滑彈牙，味道極之鮮甜！中湯嘅湯底煲得都幾濃郁，但味道就有啲鹹！西湯忌廉湯都幾稠身，但味道就非常鹹！海膽忌廉汁焗虎蝦嘅汁相當香滑濃郁，虎蝦嘅肉質好爽口彈牙！清蒸瀨尿蝦比較細隻，但肉質都幾鮮甜彈牙！清蒸鮑魚嘅肉質超腍身，一啲彈牙嘅感覺都無，舖面嘅醬汁味道亦比較怪！另外！今晚差唔多全場爆滿，所以店員嘅服務有啲亂，但都可以接受！

海膽忌廉汁焗虎蝦嘅汁相當香滑濃郁，虎蝦嘅肉質好爽口彈牙！
清蒸瀨尿蝦比較細隻，但肉質都幾鮮甜彈牙！
清蒸鮑魚嘅肉質超腍身，一啲彈牙嘅感覺都無，
舖面嘅醬汁味道亦比較怪！
另外！今晚差唔多全場爆滿，所以店員嘅服務有啲亂，但都可以接受！
