店員服務態度嚴重惡劣，對食客不負責任

今天早上看見咖啡店人煙不多，便進店購買咖啡。遇到一個短頭髮的女店員，他的態度十分沒有禮貌。點餐後（只是兩杯飲品加一個現成曲奇）一直還沒送到，等了很久，看見其他在我之後落單的食客都已經取得食物，我禮貌問店員是否我需要出去攞？他只說你的食物會送到你的枱。但他完全沒有跟進，便離開自己工作崗位，也沒有理會我。我們要求其他店員跟進也沒有得到理會。然後我再等了很久也沒有得到我的食物。今天是我遇過最差的餐飲待遇，完全不恰當的待客服務。
