九龍灣德福二期開左間新既日式餐廳,門店外面既特式設計係一大塊玻璃可以清楚見到兩位師傅係到整刺身同埋壽司。裝潢環境上夠光鮮帶住和式風格,食物款式種類繁多齊全,必定會有唔少既野會吸引到叫黎食。價錢上,以商場既日式餐廳比較,呢一間價錢算係經濟至中等,相當抵食。燒魔鬼魚鰭( $68 )炸牛蒡條配山葵蛋黃醬( $38 )呢兩樣真係愈食愈好食,愈食愈想叫杯啤酒邊食邊飲。燒魔鬼魚燒我好香脆,勁香魚香味同鮮香。咬落有脆口,而再不斷咬既時侯會食到魔鬼魚鰭一絲絲既口感,好好食。炸牛蒡條薄薄地既炸粉夠晒香口,牛蒡既味道好濃好清香,沾一沾蛋黃醬食會食唔停口。德國風咖喱香腸( $68 )好大條既德國香腸,好厚夠實夠脆皮。個咖喱汁有少量辣椒,夠晒香但又唔會太辣,作為細細份既前菜都好開胃。廚師發板壽司拼盤( 12件) ( $198 )超級長既壽司碟,一字排開12件款款唔一樣既壽司。壽司望落每款都好新鮮好吸引,整體上都拼砌得唔錯。令我覺得唔錯既係居然有大蝦,大蝦既肉質彈牙好新鮮,味道上既鮮味都好香好好食。刺身盛合(五款) ( $188 )刺身包括有帆立貝、真鯛、油甘魚、左口魚裙邊、三文魚,每一款都好厚切非常抵食,新鮮

超級長既壽司碟,一字排開12件款款唔一樣既壽司壽司望落每款都好新鮮好吸引,整體上都拼砌得唔錯。令我覺得唔錯既係居然有大蝦,大蝦既肉質彈牙好新鮮,味道上既鮮味都好香好好食。

刺身包括有帆立貝、真鯛、油甘魚、左口魚裙邊、三文魚,每一款都好厚切非常抵食,新鮮既刺身食落口就自然會食到個份鮮味,唔錯唔錯。

燒牛肉配山葵蛋黃醬( $120)

呢個我覺得餐廳可以有機會再改良一下,其實唔係唔好食,但整體上既味道同溫度仲可以不斷調整一下。燒牛肉既牛肉係要切成一片片薄片,配埋山葵蛋黃醬淋上表面再加埋炸蒜片,味道上太複雜但好難搵到一個味道出黎。另外溫度上唔知餐廳係咪有意,但燒牛肉整體上都係比較凍既,再將個醬汁淋埋上去就更加凍。都建議餐廳下次其實可以將燒牛肉擺成一堆疊高形成一個小山丘咁,咁樣相信溫度上會比較持續保持到,另外蛋黃醬亦都可以另外用一個碟上放將醬放側邊。咁樣就更加可以食到牛味或者沾醬既味道。

串燒小食類,每一款都唔錯,而最值得推薦既係銀杏。銀杏個味道好甜,每一粒都燒到表面有少量焦香感,食落煙韌好甜好香好清香。


韓國甜辣炸雞( $88 )

不得不講呢款炸雞炸得幾出色,個粉漿唔厚之餘咬落脆口好鬆脆。雞球大粒,每粒都有滿滿既肉汁流出黎。醬汁味道比較特別,好似用左日式醬油再加辣椒粉,味道甜甜地之餘帶有少量微辛刺激感,好好食既炸雞

雪糕最中夾餅( $45 )
紅豆鯛魚燒($40 )

另外叫左兩款甜品做壓軸,鯛魚燒簡直係100分!!即叫即整既鯛魚燒,成條都佈滿晒紅豆,新鮮整出黎熱辣辣既口感同溫度,勁香濃既紅豆香之餘又散發住蛋漿既香氣,好正。
另外夾餅叫左抹茶味既雪糕,抹茶既超級香濃,味道有餘香,口感細滑,而且個夾餅勁脆,夾住一齊食又真係好夾,食飽食返個雪糕同甜品都係最嘆!
