To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去到附近有無咩好的茶餐廳, 因為要就個吃得健康一點的朋友。近八點到來, 企了近廿分鐘先有張四人檯, 因為好多人都霸住檯等八點半食特價火鍋。叫了個海南雞飯套餐, d雞斬得唔徹底, 一夾起成四件, 要自己用牙咬開。個飯suppose 係雞油味飯, 但係只覺有油, 味就無。生菜附上一包醬油, 任人落多少, 這個安排的確唔錯, 個西洋菜湯旱見地無咩味精, 真係奇聞, 會唔會個司傅唔記得落呢?
