Restaurant: 天后站清湯腩
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

康城4樓依層都幾多餐廳，豐儉由人。五點睇完戲 趕得切食佢個下午茶餐（1430-1730），人客唔多，坐滿1/4左右。地方夠乾淨企俐。啲阿姐態度同服務都幾有禮貌。本身想試佢個牛三寶（牛腩牛筋牛肚），但下午茶冇，叫左個清湯牛腩 跟幼麵，包一杯熱飲/汽水，凍飲加$3。湯底好好飲，如果蒽花比多啲就好啦～撩開都有好多舊牛腩，睇到面上既油花我覺得肥左少少少啦，牛味唔會太重，肉質都甜美。$40依個價都好抵食，不過就唔會食到好飽肚。或者加多碟菜就均衡啲～
