To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

火腿丸好爽喎,濃濃咸香不過份。廚師雞肉腸,難得不是地獄咸,非十分正常,焦香腸皮藏著大量腸汁。牛丸、龍蝦丸、獅子狗都是火鍋的外購質素,不過不失。魚肉燒賣、豆腐卜,烤到外皮微脆,香口十足。脆皮熱狗腸似斯華力家族,腸皮脆脆,腸肉軟腍腍肉味濃。


黑椒牛扒薄切,醃味剛好無過龍,味道質感拿捏得宜,黑椒醒神食得過。薑蔥雞扒,黐肥雞油一舊舊,不過薑蔥味清香,厚厚雞肉嫩滑,滿意蠻喜歡。早段先輕輕出個雙叉流奧義,兩叉一齊燒爭取時間,才合乎經濟效益。上半場頭盤告一段落,有排都未試得晒所有食物。剛剛兩點才食個即食麵餐,還未肚餓呢,歇一歇閒逛拍拍照先。


首次到訪龍鼓灘,景色真令我驚嘆,讚口不絕!黃昏咸蛋黃使人陶醉又肚餓,咸蛋蒸肉餅、黃金蝦碌、粿蒸糉。海邊黃昏好靚喎!轉眼十幾年無踏足此地,以前淨係得士多 BBQ,邊有依個巨大燒烤場。中場休息嘆返下,轉頭再進攻。因為要達到最高既經濟效益,地方有限暫時用雙叉流先,晏啲用三叉流屠殺﹗ 


咖喱魷魚,超咸呀!放入口感到炸一聲,誇張的地獄咸,腍劈劈的質地不討好。醬油排骨,肉質勁彈有咬口,筋膜爽爽好過癮,肉汁豐富,最慘醃味太重手,過咸受不了。魚柳屬罕有類,結實不散,同樣略咸。錫紙燴牛油粟米,細細篤牛油搽得不均勻,幸好粟米粒粒飽滿脆卜卜,鮮甜可口。番薯,熱騰騰撕開,熱到出煙,粉甜細膩。


多春魚,原汁原味燒法係唔可以吉穿黎燒,會燒到乾晒。凌空黐住燒先可以燒到外脆內嫩帶肉汁,起高質好好味呀﹗不要加蜜糖或任何調味,會破壞晒原有鮮味。


醬油雞全翼,又係挑戰高難度同耐性既時候,最少燒十五分鐘。竟然最花時間最需要技巧既全場最好食!醃得恰到好處,帶出雞味清香味,皮脆肉嫩,啖啖爆汁。南乳雞中翼,乳香誘惑,大力一啜骨肉分離,所有精華一滴不漏,好味道。洋蔥豬扒,微弱洋蔥香,原始的肉質,損骨最高興。


入夜有點涼,圍大個火暖笠笠。最愛影火形態,每張相都獨一無異,好鬼靚好鬼正!熊熊烈火、乾柴烈火、火熱動感、火舞飛揚,很美!睇完境又睇完火,返黎現場繼續報導。大家戰意依然高昂,燒燒燒、食食食停不了!我都食到有點飽飽地,濃味食到有點渴,隊左幾支烏龍茶。進入最終回,係時候出必殺技,三叉流奧義!


黑椒牛扒,驚喜不已好味道,黑椒微辣香口又快甜,食得到微弱牛味,雖然質地稍硬。我使出三叉流人人有得食,大家好快就有得食,請耐心等候。青椒,燒得好香好香,最衰我唔食架呢!茄子,無水無油又切開真係好難消,最終半生不熟。沙爹雞腎,爽爽的給點牙力趙得過癮,腎味濃厚滲出沙爹香甜,好食滿足。蒜香雞扒,皮滑肉嫩,醃味出凡,每啖水潤可口,堅好食呢 ﹗最後的三叉流奧義第二轉,完滿結束。


點解置身於海邊、山邊這麼舒服大自然環境之中,還要製造嘈音呢?唔好炸機、唔好卡拉 OK 好無?後面個舞檯居然有卡拉 OK,一眾大媽含住支咪唔放手,好很嘈呀﹗最後殺科開盡江南 style 首歌跳群舞,真係攞您命大媽三千﹗
