選用日本直送、新鮮時令的食材,師傅為我呢個omakase 初學者介紹得好詳細,好細心觀察我地鍾意邊類魚,比起一般鮨店好有驚喜感覺!鱸魚盛產期係6-8月,口感生爽熟甜,味道特別鮮甜和爽彈。帆立貝新鮮一絲絲口感,帶點焦香,鮮嫩。間白=章紅魚煙韌嘅口感,又有脆口感,肥美而不膩。竹韱魚炙過的竹籤魚,油脂溢出,特別惹味。加入柚子皮,很有層次感。深海池魚入口已感到十分新鮮,肉質厚身又嫩滑熟成拖羅熟成超過20日既吞拿魚,魚肉仍然非常嫩滑白海膽滿滿既海膽味但又唔會腥,味道清甜,好適合女士鯖魚海鹽提鮮,鮮味更突出,而且清甜燒鰹魚火灸逼出魚油,色澤鮮艷,有咬口,再三嘴嚼味道更濃郁。鋪滿左干蔥和蒜用紅油表面炸過,入口爆香,口味創新 。吞拿魚手卷真係極之鮮甜,口感好creamy,紫蘇葉獨特嘅幽香同吞拿魚蓉好夾🍃完全唔捨得食曬佢!
