Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次五人年初一嚟到太古北京樓食飯,點咗個五人餐。 前菜分別有醬燻蹄,雞絲粉皮,小籠包 。 主菜有宮保蝦球, 雞絲素翅, 茶樹菇蒸魚方, 同埋重頭戲片皮鴨。 甜品係桂花酒釀丸子。 年初一上菜速度好慢⋯⋯基本上食完一道菜 要等5至10分鐘先至有另一道菜食。 一開始仲漏左我地既單服務員個服務態度都好一般。 不過食物質素確實唔錯。 當中不得不提嘅就係宮保蝦球,茶樹菇蒸魚方同埋片皮鴨。 宮保蝦球甜甜酸酸,帶微辣蝦球有層炸醬包裹住 ,應該用咗鹹蛋黃, 食落味道好有層次感 。 茶樹菇蒸魚方好特別,一開始讓人以為係豆腐,不過入口發現係緊實既魚肉。好快比我地食曬😂相都冇影。茶樹菇配肉碎嘅味道非常好食😋又唔會蓋過魚塊嘅味道。 片皮鴨肥肉略嫌多咗啲, 但係整體皮脆肉嫩 , 配埋青瓜醬汁, 用餅皮包埋一齊一口吞落去, 好正好滿足 。埋單一千三百蚊, 值得一試。
