To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 假日黎到東涌尋覓美食，選擇咗一間西餐廳。雖然餐牌主打西式料理但菜式卻帶有濃厚嘅中東同印度風味。這間餐廳同時都係一間Bar，設計非常有格調，環境亦寬敞舒適，無論係朋友聚會，定係一路觀看球賽，一路食嘢都非常合適，而整體嚟講，呢間餐廳食物份量都好大份Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli意大利餃份量都多，餃子皮厚度中規中矩，餡料入邊嘅菠菜同乳酪都好配合，唔會好鹹，忌廉汁都好Creamy炸薯條薯條份量多，薯條可以炸得再香脆點烤雞肉pizza Pizza配料豐富，包括雞胸肉、芝士、洋蔥、彩椒同蘑菇。Pizza𥚃的雞肉嫩滑，其他蔬菜嘅配料量就中規中矩，但整體都大份
