To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

步入麵店，矗立在兩旁、金光閃閃的馬賽克柱抓住了我的眼球，為這間平民的粉麵店作點聚，店內設計用色大膽以金色為主，的的確確的土豪金沒有庸俗，反給人一種華麗的感覺。各式單拼粉麵$32，淨粉麵$18……各式各樣的麵餸中，時菜和紫菜是給彈性素食者不錯的選擇。店內每張台亦有一枝淘大荔枝醋可供食客自由選擇添加。我點了一碗紫菜米線，餸和麵亦是分量十足，整碗麵的底下都是紫菜，米線口感適中偏軟身，米線不至於碎散。能夠在宵夜時間找到一個有彈性素食，且食物質素不低的食肆，值得分享一下。店內主動提供即棄膠飲管，走塑人士注意。
