當年在灣仔工作期間,每晚下班都看到喜記炒蟹的老闆,在橫街的手推車炒蟹,今時今日,已經有幾間分店,可想而知,香港人的奮鬥精神,是如何利害。今晚便選擇了銅鑼灣的分店,懷念一下往年的味道。精選二人套餐$688避風塘炒辣蟹一隻,蟹肉香甜而爽口,炸過的蒜蓉,已經帶點醎和辣,而且非常惹味,就連一向少吃蟹的我,都和太太爭吃。醉鮑魚,酒味香濃,鮑魚的肉質軟腍。蒜蓉炒時菜,時菜採用了油墨菜,味道爽甜。蟹油炒河,河粉每條都吸收了醬油,加上芽葉和油蔥,味道更佳,如果將炒辣蟹的蒜蓉混合就更加惹味。上湯水浸蜆,蜆肉清甜,湯頭的胡椒味十足,而粉絲爽口彈牙,絕對是一味出色的浸蜆。
