行經牛頭角道,唔想食咁heavy嘢,見到有粉麵專家店,有我嘅賣飛佛咪走入去試吓囉,未入去之前就睇到佢冇乜裝修,招牌白底紅字,個款睇萿好街坊好traditional嘅麵舖,好似好有歷史咁嘅感覺。入到去見門口旁咁啱有個凹位,最啱我呢啲單拖客坐,我諗都唔駛諗就叫咗碗牛什河。啖湯都幾香甜,金錢肚都半爽稔嘅,豬大腸又有肥膏,有油香,牛膀就例牌得一塊,罕有嘢,我明嘅,然後就食番啖河粉,做乜厚過豬皮咁呀?即時倒扣廿分,就好似將神奇女俠嫁畀豬八戒咁,嘥料呀! 河粉斷估都唔會係自己製造嘅,攞貨都唔好貪平,而家香港人食嘢都嘴刁好多,唔係學以前咁塞飽就算,而且碗麵唔係平,唔係$20,係$35,所以應該有番應有嘅質素,店內所有員工都係上咗年紀嘅,應該都比我識食,而且自詡專家,就唔好咁失威喇。
