To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在上環工作前的簡單早餐, 就來到諸勝堂這港式茶餐廳, 也是傳統的常餐作為主打, 就是湯意粉, 麵包和炒蛋, 再加一杯港式凍奶茶, 就是一個不會太差的早上. 這裏的湯意粉主角不是意粉, 也不是配料的豬肉腸和蟹柳絲, 而是比一般茶餐廳更有誠意的湯底, 不是味精水, 也不是罐頭湯, 而是豬骨湯再加上忌廉, 學起來沒有其他的口乾感, 帶點鹹香和順滑口感, 也算是有誠意.炒蛋蛋香夠, 應該是用上日本蛋炒起的, 同樣是炒得夠滑, 但沒有下很多的忌廉, 比較真實. 豬仔包也是吃過的茶餐廳比較高質素的, 夠燙夠脆, 焦位不多不少, 再加上剛剛好的奶醬, 整件事就是一個Good morning.Katsudo is a Hong Kong-style tea restaurant where you can have a simple breakfast before work.
