To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很久無食

突然想起好久無食過，便走左去食。發現原來多左蕃茄湯底，我朋友便叫了來食，個湯底又唔錯喎，魚腐都可以啦麻辣湯底和以前都差唔多，沒什麼特別驚喜，魚蛋夠大粒，米線都夠多，諗唔到食咩，都可以既無理由嚟到唔食小食，叫左個口水雞，可能係雞亦，所以肉質麻麻地，個汁就可以，不過感覺好似差左啲跟住叫左個蒜泥白肉，這個都可以，不過汁唔夠多，多點蒜泥可能更正叫左兩杯野飲，基本上如果諗唔到食咩都可以考慮，不過有點厭倦，無咩新產品，所以久不久食下都可以，反正價錢都唔算貴，但柴灣分店就麻麻，太小服務員，完全好似忙到無時間落單，所以真是要改善一下
