To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很懷念以往的熱鬧

今日同朋友喺荃灣聚會，我哋揀咗近荃灣地鐵站的「元氣壽司」，午餐時段都好快可以入座，在疫情期間，當然要量體溫才可以入內，每一個單位都被板子隔開，真有啲冷漠感，好懷念以往的熱鬧日子。今日叫咗油甘魚壽司、玉子壽司、炙燒帆立貝壽司和軟殼蟹手卷。油甘魚壽司 的油甘魚都很肥美很新鮮，唔錯。玉子壽司是我好喜愛的，但總覺得以前的比較好味。炙燒帆立貝不是我的喜好，但朋友食到津津有味。炸軟殼蟹手卷 每次我都必定會吃的，剛剛炸好的軟殼蟹配上好味的汁醬，再以紫菜緊緊包着每粒分明的壽司飯，簡直係美食，每次必選。
