每次黎呢度,都會有好多特別既野食富臨呢間打造年輕人客路,其實都做得幾出色!每次節日都有特別既菜色,好有創意!今次年初8黎,有好多好彩頭既餸菜。今次叫左呢個「撈起」!真係好有彩頭!同平時既「撈起」好唔同,呢個都係用菜/生果絲做,有蜜瓜絲、紅蘿蔔絲、青瓜絲等等,中間部分有一個煙三文魚花,其實食落都幾fresh! 但$288就唔係太抵!黎到呢度一定要幫襯食「紅燒乳鴿」!呢度既紅燒乳鴿真係好正!皮好脆,乳鴿好嫩,連骨都可以咬到!好正!好貼心地有膠手套同靚靚小桶裝骨!值得一讚!仲要提一提個豬油撈飯!超正!唔太油!而且飯用砵仔裝,特別好味!推介!必食!總括每碟食物都唔錯,炒土豆絲有少少辣椒,辣辣地點綴番脆脆地既土豆絲,幾惹味!但油油地!如果少一點油會比較好!櫻花蝦炒高麗菜 麻麻地, 唔知點解高麗菜係椰菜! 雖然菜甜甜地,但太硬同都算太多油了!酸菜魚,好靚,有菊花瓣在上面點綴,好清新既感覺!酸菜魚味道還可,偏酸,但入面有薯粉同蒟蒻,唔錯!好地道感覺!魚好新鮮!酸菜好酸唔算好腍,未算煮左好耐!但都算ok! 糖醋排骨好似生炒骨!炸排骨,炸得外脆內軟!唔錯!有蜜桃一齊炒,吸左d糖醋味,蜜桃都好好味!整體呢
