To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 真係未見過豬肉行路都食過豬肉啊大家都知道海南雞飯究竟係點嘅樣㗎喇大家有冇見過海南雞飯最基本係有三色醬:甜甜地嘅黑油,姜戎,辣醬。大家可以睇一睇前後對比圖。圖一制我買嘅個海南雞飯剩係得辣醬帶啲雞呢本身係醃製過嘅又香麻油味另一邊呢剩係得白蘿蔔配菜。圖爾呢喺網上搵嘅資料人哋嘅海南雞飯呢係白雪雪嘅最少都有兩種將可以配就係我講嘅黑醬。至於真想呢大家可以有自我判斷下。factory果然真係Factory.
