To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 時日在大快活吃午餐, 叫了一口炸雞咖哩飯拼日式叉燒拉麵. 還末到午餐時段, 所以不用等位. 食物就等了大約5分鐘. 叉燒拉麵OK, 有三片叉燒. (5/10) 咖哩飯不像日式的帶甜, 比較像港式的咖哩,較辣. (4/10)一口炸雞完全不掂, 太大舊, 都不是一口的, 而且炸粉太厚,咬下去只吃到炸粉(1/10)跟餐的檸檬可樂中規中舉
