To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚的晚餐揀了紅磡火車站置富都會彩福皇宴食中菜。餐廳一入門口的玫瑰花牆,及室內的雅緻裝修充滿了浪漫婚宴的色彩。Menu都頗多選擇,門口大大個招牌,彩福龍蝦節游水加拿大龍蝦震撼價$98/斤。芝士焗加拿大龍蝦龍蝦特價又平,當然選擇食個芝士焗加拿大龍蝦,加芝士及伊麵底另外加$50元,龍蝦是真正用焗爐焗,見到面上一些被焗到變成啡色,上枱聞到淡淡的芝士及龍蝦香味,好吸引,芝士都算頗香,龍蝦新鮮入口帶爽,味道鮮甜。冰鎮南非鮮鮑魚五頭伴胡麻醬沙律菜 餐廳另一得獎食府巧手小菜,有頗多的款式,當中大熱堂剪手抓風味BB豬及彩福特色片皮鴨經已沽清,好在還有我喜愛的冰鎮南非五頭鮮鮑魚。鮑魚當真是不負得獎之名銜,入口爽及彈牙,鮑魚味頗濃,煙韌帶口感,跟配上山槐豉油,更能帶出鮑魚的鮮味。胡麻醬沙律菜很清爽。馬拉盞通菜炒牛肉食得健康蔬菜不會少,平時都愛食這個通菜炒牛肉,喜愛這個菜式有肉又有菜。廚師掌握得好好,牛肉不會韌,好腍滑,醃得又夠入味。通菜炒得腍中又帶點爽口,吸收了牛肉湯汁的精華, 很惹味夠鑊氣的一道小炒。竹燕椰汁糕甜品竹燕椰汁糕好精緻,晶瑩剔透,入口軟滑中帶點爽,好香椰汁味~~餐廳廚師廚藝不錯,得獎食府~巧
