今日和友人食生日飯,我揀了這間位於尖沙咀樓上的食肆。店內很濶落,好舒服,店內更有魚缸,確保海鮮嘅新鮮。坐低後,才發現每枱都有個燒爐,可能這間餐廳叫做浜燒有著這樣的意思。而食物種都好多,除了每日的精選外,見到餐牌還有很多其他種類的食物友人提意不如就叫個浜燒二人前食,見到都有6款海鮮,好豐富。浜燒二人前 ~~带子2隻,蝦2隻,鮑魚1隻,蟹蓋1個,花甲3隻,蠔2隻。一盤好吸引嘅海鮮已放到我們面前,我正想開始燒時,店員立即阻止,原來店員會為客人燒食物的,於是我就坐喺度等食,哈哈店員會將每樣食物分開燒,帆立貝,加酒和豉油一起燒,好大隻,店員燒得剛剛離殼,時間啱啱好,肉質好彈牙,店員燒完後更會切開數件,好好味廣島蠔同平時食的燒蠔唔同,加了些酒一起燒,燒完後,蠔殼裝滿了蠔的汁和酒。 食落好香酒香味蟹蓋這個不得之了,除了有蟹肉,還有雞蛋和葱,所以燒起來特別香,當三樣食物混合埋,食落口,葱带起了蟹肉的鮮味,雞蛋已和蟹肉混為一體,亦令到燒完的蟹肉沒有那麼乾身。餐廳更配上薯片,食客可以將蟹肉於上薯片上吃,我覺得好特別,又唔同的口感。而薯片更可以再添的。飽魚燒鮑魚,覺得有點奢侈,但原來又另一番風味。 店員燒好

這個不得之了,除了有蟹肉,還有雞蛋和葱,所以燒起來特別香,當三樣食物混合埋,食落口,葱带起了蟹肉的鮮味,雞蛋已和蟹肉混為一體,亦令到燒完的蟹肉沒有那麼乾身。餐廳更配上薯片,食客可以將蟹肉於上薯片上吃,我覺得好特別,又唔同的口感。而薯片更可以再添的。

飽魚

燒鮑魚,覺得有點奢侈,但原來又另一番風味。 店員燒好後,剪開了數件,令食客食得較方便,鮑魚亦好爽甜。

花甲有3 大隻,當燒到開口後便食得,肉的大小和殼的大小差不多,沒有沙,很鮮甜。

海老~好大,當店員一路燒時,已聞到好香的蝦味。燒好時店員更會用刀叉起肉遞到食客的碟上,很窩心。 都未試過食蝦食到咁嘆,蝦的肉質不但彈牙,而且真的可以用刀叉慢慢享用。

因為每樣食物都要慢慢用心的燒,時間較耐,但反而我可以慢慢欣賞每樣海鮮的味道,又是另一樣的得著
